Ciprian Gherghescu

I am good person.

I have integrity.

I do what is ethically right and good.

Whatever life puts before me will be useful experience that will make me stronger, wiser, and more tolerant.

I am strong enough to understand and make allowances for other people’s weaknesses, and their behaviour towards me. Other people’s behavior is about them, not me.

I focus on the joy of living my life and helping others where and when I can.

I am what I eat and drink, so I eat and drink good things.

I am what I watch and play and listen, so I watch and play and listen to good positive things.

I take exercise which I enjoy. I walk when I don’t need to drive or take the bus or train.

I smile and laugh whenever I can – life is good – getting caught in the rain reminds me that it is good to be alive to feel it.

I forgive other people. Deep down everyone is a good person, just like me.

I am a compassionate and loving, caring person.

I am a good person.

Every problem is a disguised opportunity!

And here it is, turning 28.  I had a wonderful year full of exciting opportunities and challenges. I learned that every problem is a disguised opportunity. Therefore, I started turning my problems into projects.

I was thinking what  I  should do for my birthday this year and I came up with this: a birthday gifts system for you. You can sign up to give me a birthday gift every year with a yearly subscription plan. This way you won’t forget about my birthday next year , as I many times forgot yours ..you know what I’m talking about Adina  :))) Adina is my best friend who I call every year on June 2 to tell her Happy Birthday when in fact her birthday is on July 2.

Incidentally, when I woke up this morning I opened up my student new century version Bible at Mark 4:24 that says: “Think carefully about what you hear. One of my buddies told me a story about “No Excuses” from his job. He is a tea regional area sales man. (Sorin)

One day he goes up to his boss and says:

” Boss, I went up on my area this week and sold only very little merchandise.”.. which was  not up to his boss’s expectations.

(This is the no excuses part)

His boss then tells him:

“You are paid to sell. I need no excuses. You wouldn’t like it if when you come to me to ask for your salary if I would give you excuses. Get to work! Start calling and make some sales.”

My friend got motivated and in the next three hours he sold the same amount he had sold in a week, which doubled his sales for that week, and moreover he did that just over the phone.

(He managed to make sales with NO EXCUSES)

How can we motivate ourselves to achieve this kind of performance in our daily lives? This remains to be discovered by each and one of us, with no excuses.

I was thinking the other day where should I spend Christmas this year? .. and I just realized I am privileged to be in the EU , at the moment, which makes me just a few hours away from the WEED capital of the world. :-)

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t smoke it , I’m just willing to experience in a place where it’s legal. In fact I quit smoking cigarettes a few years ago with the help of the American Cancer Society‘s wonderful guide.

Oh, and come to think of it I just bought a green cigarette shipped all the way from Florida to Bucharest, to try it out, and it’s fascinating – turns out Green Smoke is the way to go for those people who still smoke cigarettes and don’t want to quit!
